Jennifer M asked:
I’ve heard of people doing customer service or telemarketing from home, has anyone heard of any companies that are not scams? I have a baby girl at home, and I don’t want to go back to work in the office!

I wish I could find a legit work at home job to bring in extra money over the summer. Unfortunately, I don’t trust any of the jobs. They all seem like scams.
There are many “work at home advertisements” in newspapers, on the computer, in magazines, etc. DON’T believe what they say. They are scams. Some charge perhaps $39.99 for a “list of sites” where you could find work and you are probably the one who would lose money. Besides that, you get in on every such spam list in the world.
Could you possibly take in a child or two for babysitting? Do you have artistic talents? Try etsy.com for a great site with sellers selling handmade or “restructured” goods. (”Restructured” means taking something old or worn and making it into a delightful object to sell–for example, old jeans being made into purses, placemats, blankets, skirts.)
Just don’t believe the scammers!
umm my mom worked for home interiors for some odd years wile raising me and my 3 other bros and you can stay at home its easy i gess but idk jest go to homeinteriors.com
Try a local data processing company–they will sometimes hire outside sources to do data entry at home. Or billing for local businesses can be done from home. Stay local and see what you can do with them–it’s less likely to be a scam!
Talked to some people using affiliate marketing, and they say this is the best. Haven’t tried it myself but have a look!

I would have to get region specific with you. As far as companies advertised on the net I haven’t checked into them. I would check out a local employment agency. Maybe they could set you up with a company that could give you at home work for your computer. Good luck.
