We are looking into some of the work at home ads you see online. Would like to know if there is a way to check into them more as in BBB or complaints filed against them.

If they are looking for you to pay THEM, they’re a scam.
it depends on the type. if it a business where you are the owner an can work it from home, than there should be a start up fee, but if it is a “work from home” doing something for someone else, than there shouldn’t be a fee. You could see if others have tried the business before you.
i personally became an independent business owner for a “work at home” But it is a business. I am an independent representative. So there was a fee to get started, but that is not the same as one of those work from home where you are like an employee.
the company I am with is very good and there is potential (depending on how hard you work on the business) to generate a great residual income.i have many family members who have tried lots of things, what company were you looking into? The other thing is that some people get into things and dont think that it was a good thing to get into because they are looking to not have to do any work, yet still make money. Real businesses need to be worked, so keep that in mind too, when you talk to other people
Email or IM me I work at home it is not a scam i really do make money. IT’s not hard or time consuming it makes good money.
If any sites asks for money then those are scam sites. So don’t pay any money to do the job. Beware of those & choose the reliable site.
I can suggest u a site where u can find genuine Data Entry jobs/Work at home jobs online without any up front costs. Work at home data entry Resources. Guides on identifying Work at home Job Scams and a lot more.

Yes there are ways to check out the work at home web sites. I created a article on my 360 page web site that covers things to look into to help distinguish businesses such as the BBB as well as a few other things to do. All things I have looked into as well as tell others they need to do when looking into businesses. Is this for a business opportunity or a job? Either way, the information will help you distinguish what it is your trying to find out. I’m thinking most likely your trying to find out if a particular business is a scam or not worth the time?? That’s what most people look into.
Good Luck!
