Try PC Anywhere. It’s a cool program.
The hardest part is busting through your firewall/router. If you don’t control that, ask someone who does to open the VNC ports and forward them to your computer. This is a simple setup. I ssh into a linux box and then port forward to any machine I want on the network, this works much better.
You would do it exactly like the technician would do it. Simply load the program onto your laptop and log in like they do.
Bring your lap top to your office and configure your network and file sharing there. You own the company so you have administrative rights. When asked for your wep key(or wep password) its on the back of your modem not your router. Ususally a ten digit number in brackets.Make sure you enable remote access on your office computer specific to your lap top and password your laptop for securty. If you had computer techs set up your network then you may have to ask them for the password and network key they installed . They have to give it to you. You paid for it. You’ll need those whether you do it manually or with a program if they installed them.
