You have to report any earnings, on your weekly claim for benefits. You can draw partial unemployment, if your earnings are not over your benefit amount. But it is illegal to not report it, and if caught, you could lose your benefits entirely. Be truthful, report your earnings, if anything is deducted from your weekly claim benefits, it extends your claim longer anyway, or that’s the way it was, when I worked for that dept. for 30 years. Law are different from State to State and change faster that I can keep up with them.
