I really need to help out with our financial situation but my only option is to work at home because day care would cost me well over 1000 dollar a month. Has anyone tried any of these that actually works and makes you a decent amount of money for your time??? Please I really need to do something to keep food on the table.

Can I work at home as a Medical Transcriptionist without experience working at a medical facility? I’m reading that you -need- to have a year or two of experience working at a hospitol or drs office before you can hope to work from home. I always thought of this as a career that could let me stay home with the kids, aside from the education and certification process of course. Anyone? Thanks very much.

why does my remote car starter work everywhere but at home where i live. I have the extended range antenna and the remote car starter still doesnt work unless i walked all the way up to the car but it works perfectly fine in other locations. is there another accessory i can buy to make the range better or could there be something my parking lot thats causing it not to work at home. i live in an apartment complex.

I would like to use my computer to answer medical calls, set up appointments, advise patients if they need to go to hospital or call ambulance or call 911.
